- Welcoming and advising the customer: understanding expectations, selection of activities and services, formulation of proposals and arguments with a view to making the sale a reality.
- Carry out reservation and sales operations.

- You like and master the telephone tool with which you are comfortable.
- You master the IT tool and reservation system.
- You like contact with customers.
- You master the field of outdoor activities.
- You have good knowledge about Corsica
- You are fluent in English, another popular language.
