Registering for a stay or activity implies acceptance of the following conditions:

I – RESERVATION PROCEDURES

You can register for stays or activities by telephone with our agency or via our website. The in Terra Corsa website constitutes a catalog allowing you to present the stays and activities sold by in Terra Corsa. The photos appearing on the website, on the leaflets and brochures are merely illustrative and have no contractual value. The sending by the customer of a pre-reservation does not bind Terra Corsa. In Terra Corsa sends the customer a quote corresponding to the chosen stay or activity, the period and the number of participants. This quote is valid for 48 hours but does not constitute a commitment for in Terra Corsa. If the customer agrees to this quote, it constitutes prior pre-contractual information as referred to in article R.211-4 of the Tourism Code. The quote signed by the customer authorizes Terra Corsa to collect the full amount of the order upon receipt. Confirmation of availability must occur within 72 working hours of receipt of the quote by in Terra Corsa. In the event that the service is no longer available, in Terra Corsa will immediately return the entire amount paid by the customer, unless a replacement service is accepted by the customer, in which case a new quote will be issued. issued, this quote then taking into account the amount paid. In the event of overpayment, the difference will be refunded. The customer acknowledges having the capacity to contract: being of legal age and not being subject to a measure of protection of adults provided for by law. II – RATE

Prices for stays or activities at in Terra Corsa are given as an indication and may be modified without notice. The price varies in particular according to the period of execution of the stays or activities. No dispute relating to the price of services can be taken into account after reservation. Prices are expressed in €TTC, i.e. VAT included. The price includes the services described on the quote and on the technical sheets and in general the stays and activities do not include: – The journey from continent to Corsica, Corsica to continent – Personal travel and transfers on the island (except transfer mentioned on the program) – Carrying technical equipment – Drinks and personal expenses – Vaccination and visa costs – Optional excursions – Telephone usage – Obligatory or customary tips – Fuel surcharge taxes – Paid activities not mentioned in the program – Individual Civil Liability insurance – Cancellation insurance – Loss and damage to equipment The contractual price is that set at the time of the final reservation after confirmation of availability. It can be modified both upwards and downwards to take into account variations in transport costs linked in particular to the cost of fuel. During the thirty days preceding the planned departure date, the price fixed in the contract cannot be subject to any increase.

III – PAYMENT

For any registration for a tailor-made stay or activity, payment upon registration of the total price of the stay or activity is required. Accepted payment methods: – Cash (the legislation does not allow cash payments of more than €3,000 to be accepted) – ANCV and ANCV connect holiday vouchers (if the payment is higher than the order, the difference will remain as a non-refundable credit) – Bank card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Maestro), VAD with credit card number, name of the bearer, expiration date and visual pictogram . For VAD and online payment we use the Crédit Agricole remote payment system. IV – NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For any registration for a tailor-made stay or activity, payment upon registration of the total price of the stay or activity is required. V – CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

Reservations for stays or activities are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor modifiable. Reservations are firm and final. No-show, delay, abandonment on your part during the stay or activity or interruption of the stay or activity after departure instructions do not entitle you to any reimbursement . On your part, the non-performance of a service included in a stay does not give rise to any reimbursement. Insurance is not refundable. On our part, in accordance with the provisions of article R 211-10 of the Tourism Code, if in Terra Corsa is forced to cancel the stay or the activity(ies), the client will be notified by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. or by any other means in the case of cancellation less than 7 days before departure. In terra Corsa would immediately return all sums paid to the customer. When, before departure, compliance with one of the essential elements of the contract is made impossible following an external event which is imposed on in Terra Corsa and in accordance with article L.211-13 of the Tourism Code, the buyer will be notified without delay by in Terra Corsa who will propose either a modification or termination of the contract free of charge. A written confirmation will be sent to the buyer who must make their choice known as soon as possible. If the buyer chooses to terminate the contract, he will be entitled to a refund of all the sums he has paid. When the stay is subject to the condition of the registration of a minimum number of participants and provided that the customer has been informed of this in the quote, cancellation due to the absence of registered participants in sufficient number must take place 21 days at least before departure. The customer will be reimbursed for the full amount paid but will not be able to claim any compensation. In the event of modification of an essential element of the service before departure or in the event of non-compliance by the agency with the information obligation resulting from the provisions of 13° of article R.211-4 of the Code of Tourism, the customer will be informed and the procedure will be as stated in article R.211-9 of the Tourism Code. For the purposes of this article, it is considered that the essential elements of the contract relate to the place of accommodation, the departure and return dates, the price (particularly in the event of a significant increase, that is to say greater than 10% of the total price excluding administrative fees). VI – REFUNDS

Refunds are made by bank transfer or cash for over-the-counter payments or by transaction cancellation for online or telephone sales.

VII – ASSIGNMENT OF THE CONTRACT

In accordance with the provisions of articles L.211-11 and R.211-7 of the Tourism Code, the customer may transfer his contract, excluding insurance, to a third party, provided that he informs Terra Corsa in writing no later than 7 days before the start of the stay or activity, indicating precisely the names and addresses of the transferee(s) and the participant(s) in the stay or activity and justifying that they meet the same conditions, including age than him to carry out the stay or activity and benefit from the rates offered. IX – RESPONSABILITY

In terra Corsa guarantees the proper execution of the stays and activities ordered. The programs have been established according to the latest elements known at the time of writing. Unexpected events are always possible and situations beyond our control may disrupt the progress of stays or activities. On site, our qualified guides according to current legislation are the only and best judges. They may be required to modify the program of stays and activities without notice depending on weather conditions, for security reasons or in cases of force majeure.

X – INSURANCES

In accordance with the legislation, in Terra Corsa has taken out Professional Civil Liability insurance with Allianz Assurances, Bd du Fango 20297 Bastia Cedex under policy number 46794036 guaranteeing the financial consequences of Professional Civil Liability. However, we cannot replace Individual Civil Liability, which is obligatory for the practice of our activities. It is also strongly recommended to have comprehensive insurance covering cancellation costs, repatriation assistance, interruption of stay, etc. We offer contracts adapted to the type of services including, among other things, cancellation insurance and assistance/repatriation by Vitalmut. XI – COMPLAINTS

Any complaint must be sent to in Terra Corsa by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt and accompanied by supporting documents within thirty days following your return. We strongly advise you to intervene directly on site for any problems linked to non-performance or poor performance of the service. Response time varies depending on our investigation. Any dispute will be brought before the Bastia Commercial Court.

XII – DATA AND PRIVACY
